Which regions are covered by your edge network?
We currently have edge nodes in Thailand (Bangkok and Chiang Mai), Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Vietnam. The Philippines and Myanmar nodes are scheduled for Q3 of this year. Traffic is automatically routed to the nearest healthy node.
Is the platform suitable for early-stage startups?
Yes. Our Starter tier is designed specifically for teams below 50,000 monthly active users. It carries no setup fee and scales to the Growth tier automatically when your usage crosses defined thresholds — you receive a 14-day notice before any billing change.
What support channels are available?
All paid tiers include email support with a guaranteed 24-hour response window. Growth and Enterprise customers additionally receive access to a shared Slack channel with our engineering team and a named account engineer for onboarding.
